I started with an internship, which eventually led me into a career as a web developer. But as the months went by, I realized something important — web development, and even computer science as a whole, just wasn’t the right fit for me. So I made a bold decision: I walked away from web development. The PSC Chapter After leaving the tech world, I turned my attention toward the PSC (Public Service Commission) trail, hoping it would lead me somewhere meaningful. Unfortunately, that chapter didn’t unfold the way I had hoped either. Then, like so much of the world, my plans were completely halted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Three long years passed while I stayed at home, waiting, reflecting, and wondering what my next move would be. Once the world started opening up again, I began preparing seriously for the PSC. But throughout that whole period, one thought kept coming back to me: I need to learn something new. I need to rebuild my career from the ground up. Discovering Digital Marketing The question was — what should I learn? After speaking with many people and doing a great deal of research, one answer kept coming up: digital marketing. It seemed like the right move for someone like me who wanted a fresh start in a field that was growing fast and full of opportunities.
